Our Terms of Service outlines our client agreement, setting clear guidelines for deliverables, payments, and intellectual property rights. This protects both parties and prevents misunderstandings in creative projects.
Service Scope
We provide strategic advisory marketing and creative services to individual talent, commercial properties and brands. Activities include brand development marketing campaign management creative content production partnership development and related consulting services. The company may also engage in technology development to support brand growth talent empowerment and commercial ventures. Project specifics are defined in individual agreements.
Payment Structure
Project fees are outlined in individual agreements. Final payment is due before file delivery. Additional costs for third-party services, rush fees, or scope changes will be billed separately.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and implement appropriate data security measures. NDAs are encouraged and available upon request.
Termination Rights
Either party may terminate with written notice. Payment is required for completed work. Kill fees may apply as per agreement terms.
Liability
Services are provided "as is" with no guarantee of specific results. Liability is limited to project fees paid. We operate under United States Federal and California State laws.
